Program Outline

Step 1  

Pre-Program Homework
Each participant will be required to submit financial, marketing, and sales information to establish a baseline for their company. Your progress will be tracked throughout the year to measure improvements and support continued growth activities.


Step 2  

Two-Day Cool Track™ Workshop:

Day One

  • Overview of the programs
  • Review information from homework
  • Establish benchmarks in each discipline
  • Establish the monthly-quarterly-annual goals
  • Sales Training – Establishing rapport; selling to the different personality styles, creating the dealer's unique sales process
  • Marketing Training – Marketing consistency, increasing sales to your existing customer base, building your customer base through referrals
  • Financial Training – The realities of income statements and balance sheets, departmentalization

Day Two

  • Sales Training – Proposal creation, closing skills, handling objections, following up, getting testimonials and referrals, reporting requirements
  • Marketing Training – Building your customer base through marketing activities, establish the marketing budget for the year
  • Financial Training – Short term and long term benchmarking; cash procedures
  • Complete business plan

Step 3  

Monthly Follow-ups:
We will establish a date and time for your online internet follow–ups. Each leader will have their follow ups on a different day so everyone can stay focused on a specific topic each time. Once per quarter all leaders will conduct a joint follow-up and review. If required individual leaders can invite other leaders and guests to be on the follow-up calls. Attendees can access any leader by phone or e-mail throughout the month.
